In case I haven't mentioned it, Katya is 12 weeks old. She has slept through the night 3 out of the last 5 nights. She is now over 5kg.
Claire and I are pretty happy. We feel we have been blessed with a healthy little girl. Many of the issues we faced at the start are now under control. And having full nights of sleep really helps.
